painful breasts pregnancy

Painful breasts can be an early pregnancy symptom.
In the early stages of pregnancy breasts can be painful or sore or tingle. After roughly two months of pregnancy your breasts generally grow larger and can become lumpy or uneven as the ducts and glands in your breasts begin to grow. As breasts change during pregnancy you may also notice veins under the skin. You may be able to see veins under the skin later in pregnancy. They start producing fluid called colostrom in the second trimester.
During pregnancy breasts get larger, increasing in weight and size. The average breast weighs about 0.2Kg or just under half a pound (1/2 lb) in a woman who is not pregnant. However if you are pregnant then you can expect that towards the end of pregnancy each breast can weigh up to 0.4Kg to 0.8Kg (just under 1 lb to about 1.75 lbs). Thats pretty amazing….
