First trimester of Pregnancy
Think of trimester as a third of your pregnancy - or roughly 3 months or 13 weeks - so the first trimester of pregnancy is the
first 13 weeks of pregnancy - what happens in the first trimester of pregnancy
is amazing as far as development of your baby is concerned - in the first trimester the baby's body structure is formed and most of baby's organs
develop - its also a time when most miscarriages occur. During the first trimester your body starts increasing blood production which may cause you to feel tired - there are other pregnancy symptoms
that may affect you at this stage of pregnancy - pregnancy also affects hormone levels in a woman's body. During the first trimester you
will also take a pregnancy test, which tests the level of pregnancy hormones in your body and
indicates if you are pregnant or not.
